Exchange Agreement form
In order to avoid any misunderstanding between you and your exchange partner you need to fill in an Exchange Agreement form. If you choose to use this form instead of the electronic form then you should print it off and mail it to your exchange partner with a blank copy for them to fill in. Keep a copy for yourself. If in the rare event of a problem with the exchange then this form may provide vital information.

I understand that the cancellation of an exchange, once a clear written agreement has been reached, is a serious matter and may lead to my exclusion from further participation in a HomeLink Exchange.
It is understood and agreed by both parties that this exchange of homes for a holiday is a non- commercial arrangement. It is not a loan of property, nor is it concerned with the giving and receiving of any type of benefit. Each party to the exchange invites the other as a guest for a specific period.
